  • “Subscription Services” (SaaS): Services providing access to and use of software on our platform on a monthly/yearly basis (if available).

 

2. User Account

 

• You commit to providing accurate, complete, and current information when registering for an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. Nature of the Transaction: When you purchase a Digital Product, you are not purchasing intellectual property ownership of that product. Instead, you are purchasing a “Perpetual License” to use that product subject to the conditions below.

 

3.2. Granted Rights (Your Rights): This license allows you to:

• Perpetual Use: The right to use the product for an unlimited time.
• Commercial Use: Use the product for personal or commercial projects for yourself or your clients.
• Unlimited Projects: Use the product on an unlimited number of websites or projects owned or managed by you.
• Full Modification Rights: You have the freedom to edit, change the source code, or logic (e.g., customize n8n flows) to suit your own needs.

 

3.3. Mandatory Restrictions (Prohibitions): This “Perpetual License” does NOT allow you to:

• NO RESALE OR SUBLICENSING: You may not resell, sublicense, or rent the Digital Product (whether in its original or modified form) to any third party.
• NO REDISTRIBUTION: You may not distribute, publicly share, or repackage the Digital Product (whether for free or for a fee) for others to download. (Example: Posting it on another website, sharing it in a group, or selling it on another marketplace).
• NO OWNERSHIP CLAIMS: You may not claim this Digital Product as your own intellectual property.

 

4. Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy

 

• • • • Payment: You agree to pay in full all fees for the Services you purchase at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., milestone payments for Custom Services).
      • Taxes: Listed prices may not include applicable taxes (such as VAT). Taxes will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.
      • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery and access to files/source code), refunds are generally not available after purchase and delivery. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing access (e.g., duplicate payment, file corruption) within 7 days of purchase. • Your purchase only grants you the Perpetual License as described in Article 3, and is not a transfer of intellectual property rights.

 

6. Support and Maintenance

 

• Digital Products sold under the “Pay & Download” license generally do not include free technical support or perpetual updates, unless explicitly stated in the product description.
• Support (if provided) will be limited to ensuring the product functions as described at the time of purchase. We do not provide support for issues arising from your customizations, conflicts with other software, or changes from third-party APIs.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

• All Digital Products are provided “AS-IS”, without any warranty of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any incidents, data loss, or damages (including loss of profits) arising from your use or inability to use these products.
• API Note: Many Digital Products (especially n8n flows, bots) depend on third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Zalo, etc.). We do not guarantee these products will function perpetually if those third parties change their policies, technology, or discontinue their APIs.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbotech.vn (including its owners, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
• In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Service that caused the claim in the three (03) months preceding the event.

 

9. Prohibited Conduct

 

You are not permitted to use the Services to:

• Violate any laws, harass, threaten, or defraud.
• Upload viruses, malware, or overload our systems (DDoS attacks).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.

 

10. Termination

 

• We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you seriously violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
