This Purchase Policy explains the process for You to order, pay for, and receive Digital Products from our website. By making a purchase transaction, You are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions in this policy, as well as our Terms of Use .

1. Purchase Process

 

To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Select Product You browse and learn about the Digital Products (Tools, Bots, Automation Flows…) on the website. Click the “Add to cart” button for the products you wish to purchase.
• Step 2: Proceed to Checkout Access your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
• Step 3: Fill in Information Please provide complete and accurate required information (especially your Email Address).

Important Note: We will use this Email to send order confirmations and product download links after successful payment. Any errors in the Email may result in you not receiving the product.

• Step 4: Place Order and Receive Bank Transfer Information Select the “Bank Transfer” payment method and click “Place Order”. After placing the order, the system will display the Order ID and our bank account information. An order confirmation email (with “Pending payment” status) will also be sent to you.

 

2. Payment Instructions

As we are in the process of upgrading our automatic payment gateway system (VNPay, PayPal), store.bbotech.vn currently only accepts one payment method: Bank Transfer.

• Note: Entering the incorrect syntax in the transfer note may lead to delays in processing your order.

 

3. Order Processing and Delivery

 

• Delivery Method: All products on store.bbotech.vn are Digital Products. We do NOT perform any physical delivery. The product will be delivered via Email and made available for download in your account.
• Processing Time: This is a semi-manual confirmation process. Our team continuously checks bank transactions.
  • During business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday): Orders will be activated within 1-2 hours after we receive successful payment.
  • Outside business hours, Saturdays & Sundays: Orders will be processed on the next business morning.
• Receiving the Product: As soon as we confirm successful payment, your order status will be changed to “Completed”.
  1. An email titled “Your order is complete” will be sent to you, containing the download link for the product.
  2. You can also log in to “My Account” -> “Orders” -> “Completed Orders” -> Select the purchased product in the order -> Go to the “Installation” section in the product info tab -> Download the source code of the purchased products.

 

4. Support and Refund Policy

 

• Payment Support: If you have completed the bank transfer but entered the transfer note incorrectly, or have not received the product activation email after the committed processing time, please contact us immediately via:

• Refund Policy: As stipulated in our Terms of Use, due to the nature of Digital Products (being intangible and irrevocable assets), we DO NOT offer refunds for any transactions. Please read the product description carefully before deciding to purchase.
