2. Nature of Digital Products
Our products are digital goods (including but not limited to n8n workflows, source code, bots, automation tools, and related digital assets).
Upon successful payment, delivery begins immediately: you gain instant access to download files, view source code, or receive license/activation information.
Due to this instant delivery nature, refunds are generally not available after the product has been successfully delivered and accessed.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following limited circumstances, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase:
- Accidental duplicate payment (same product purchased twice by mistake).
- Technical failure preventing delivery or access (e.g., download link not working, file corrupted – and issue confirmed by our support team).
- Product not delivered at all due to system error.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind or “not meeting expectations”.
- Issues arising from buyer’s custom modifications or environment (e.g., incompatible software versions).
- Products already downloaded, viewed, or used (even partially).
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase.
All refund decisions are at our sole discretion and comply with applicable Vietnamese consumer protection laws and international standards.

- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider (bank, card issuer, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
We strongly encourage contacting us first for any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees.
